Bob Casale
![]() Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Bob has over 25 years of healthcare experience.
Most recently, Bob was the Chief Operating Officer of Adams
Respiratory Therapeutics. He joined Adams in 2004 as Vice President,
Marketing and Business Development and was named Chief Operating
Officer in 2006. Bob was a driving force behind the growth of the
Adams business, which grew from $60 million to near $500 million
under his leadership. He led the diversification of the Adams'
portfolio of products by launching Mucinex® D and DM, Mucinex® for
Children, Mucinex® Nasal Spray, and acquiring the Delsym® brand. Adams
was sold to Reckitt Benckiser in 2008 for $2.3 billion.
Bob began his career in 1983 at a Wall Street law firm and joined the legal division of Warner Lambert in 1986. In 1993, he was appointed Warner-Lambert's Vice President of Marketing for the company's upper respiratory and gastrointestinal (GI) consumer products and oversaw several brands, including Benadryl®, Sudafed®, Zantac® 75 and Rolaids®. Bob also served as a global vice president for Warner-Lambert's GI and skin care businesses. Following Warner-Lambert's acquisition by Pfizer Inc., Bob served as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Business Development for Pfizer's Consumer Healthcare Division. Bob is also the non-executive Chairman of Topaz Pharmaceuticals and serves on the Board of Directors of NextWave Pharmaceuticals, both specialty pharmaceutical companies. ![]() Senior Vice President, Operations and Business Development
Rick has over 30 years of diversified experience
in the Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals industries in supply chain
management, operations and manufacturing. Most recently, Rick served
as the Director of Operational Services for FMC Corporation where he
led the global sourcing organization and the corporate facility and
real estate operations for the $3 billion company from 1998 to 2010.
From 2000 to 2002, Rick was also the senior FMC executive
responsible for managing the Corporate Engineering Services
department which provided engineering and project management
services for worldwide operations.
From 1996 to 1998, Rick was Associate Director of Global Sourcing for Bristol-Myers Squibb’s contract manufacturing which included the Bristol-Myers Products, Clairol, Matrix Essentials, Convatec and Mead Johnson business units. Rick initially joined FMC Corporation in 1990 as Strategic Sourcing Manager for the BioPolymer business and worked for Atofina, Inc. in 1989 as a project manager. Rick began his career in 1980 with Exxon Corporation where he held a variety of project management, manufacturing, and strategic planning roles. May has 10 years of diversified experience in
accounting, P&L management, financial and ROI/IRR analysis.
Previously, May was Senior Finance Manager for Adams Respiratory
Therapeutics, the makers of Mucinex® and Delsym®.
May joined Adams in 2007 as Finance Manager where she built a marketing finance infrastructure, created cross functional partnerships within the organization, and provided strategic analysis. May also led the forecasting process for all brands and managed trade inventory at Adams. Prior to Adams, May was the lead finance support for a broad spectrum of OTC and HBA businesses at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. She began her career at GE Capital in the Financial Management Program and has an undergraduate degree from Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts. Sheila Filipponi

Sheila Filipponi has over 20 years’ experience in
sales and sales management of healthcare products. Prior to joining
Scerene Healthcare, Sheila served as Vice President of Trade Sales
at MiddleBrook Pharmaceuticals. She developed and successfully
executed the commercial launch strategy for Moxatag®, the first and
only once-daily amoxicillin.
Prior to MiddleBrook, Sheila was an Executive Director of Trade Sales at Adams Respiratory Therapeutics where she played a key role in developing and growing sales of the Mucinex® and Delsym® businesses with the national drug chains. Over the course of her sales career, she has held successive leadership roles in sales management with J&J’s McNeil Consumer Products and the Consumer Health division of Novartis. Sheila has a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Illinois. |
